Waste Water Treatment

• Design, engineering, mount supervising and automation of treatment of waste water with PH equalization with CO2 injection in facilities with volumes of 12.000 Gal/hr ~ 240.000 Gal/hr.

• Design, engineering, mount supervising and automation of treatment of waste water with DBO, DQO and PH equalization with O2 and CO2 injection of 60.000 Gal/hr.

Petrolium Refinery Projects 


• Engineering and computer systems design and assembly of 28.000 NM3 hydrogen deposit system for Ancap Petroleum Refinery. 

• Project included design and implementation of complete field control telemetry system.

• Phase II complete recovery and recompressing of hydrogen from flare gas up to 200 Bar.

• Complete design and Installation of a Nitrogen system for inertization of pipes & vessels to avoid explosive atmospheres.




Industrial Process Applications and Improvements

• Design, engineering, mount supervising and telemetry automation of a robot welding facility of Motociclo bike’s industry with a gross production of 16.000 units/day.

• Reverse engineering for developing tools and Production strategies.

• Design, engineering and automation of two 396,000 pounds liquid pressurized refrigerated CO2 deposits. Project included design of remote control system and interactive telemetry between user and process.

• Design and development of track and trace of delivery vehicles with GPS and SMS technology.
